Flexible LED COB RGB Strip (multicolor) 840 LED/m 15W 24V IP20 is one of the newest LED strip models available on the lighting market. It is mainly designed for applications where it is necessary to achieve a uniform line of light – even when used in a very shallow LED aluminum profile. The presented COB LED strip model is also characterized by a wider light spread angle (180°) – compared to LED strips based on SMD diodes. By using this COB RGB strip model, we get the possibility to change and mix the 3 primary colors (R + G + B) using the appropriate RGB LED driver, thus obtaining a whole palette of different colors.
We recommend it for decoration purposes, especially for clients who want to achieve multicolor lighting, a continuous line of light, and for clients who appreciate high-quality craftsmanship.
We ensure that the LED strips in our offer are built with carefully selected diodes. The LEDs mounted on LED strips are primarily selected based on identical parameters such as color temperature, chromaticity, and voltage. Our LED strips have a very good color deviation ratio (3 SDCM). Proper selection of LEDs guarantees that the resulting LED strip does not have discolorations caused by inadequate LED selection and creates a uniform light of the same shade along the entire length. The process of selecting diodes with identical parameters is called "BINning."

We also ensure that when you place an order, you receive LED strips only from the same BIN. With the continuous development of LED technology and for technological reasons, the BIN changes from time to time, so if your lighting setup requires identical and uniform light, you should make sure that the LED strips come from the same batch. Each LED strip should also be marked with codes on the packaging, which allow us to identify whether a particular production lot is based on the same LED bin.

Due to the selection of suitable components and their high quality, attention to detail, and precision during construction, a 3-year warranty is offered for the LED strips.
For proper operation, as well as for the adequate lifespan of the LED strip, its construction is also crucial. In addition to the important selection of LEDs and resistors, an important element is also the FPC substrate. The LED strips in our offer use only a double layer of copper in the FPC substrate of appropriate thickness, which reduces voltage drops with longer sections of LED strips and allows for more efficient heat dissipation.On the copper layers, both top and bottom, a protective white layer is used. After that, the appropriate markings are placed on this layer, and LEDs with resistors are mounted. Each of the LED strips is equipped on the bottom layer with 3M double-sided adhesive tape from the renowned company. The double-sided tape allows for simple and durable mounting on the surface. Depending on the LED strip model, appropriate coverings are placed on the top side to achieve proper insulation.
